1) In the folder C:\Windows\Ehome, is the date of the file Microsoft.MediaCenter.Shell.dll from today?

2) In the folder C:\Windows\Assembly, does the file Microsoft.MediaCenter.Shell exist?

3) What version of MCL are you using? Go to Start>Computer>Uninstall or Change a Program to find out.
